I have tried this tutorial, everything is fine until you have to select avastar.
I do not know what to mark in avastar. someone knows?
and when it comes to uploading the mesh in second life it does not let me check the box of the weight of the skin?

You can't use mesh extracted with this version of Meshes with avastar/blender
