Updated the post just now. Heads now work with cosmetics appliers and so do eyes.
Sorry for all the "updates", I wanted to share my joy with you but ended effing it up.
I had no peace till I made the cosmetics work and now they work.
Teeth textures not usable with appliers - they are there so you have them included.Teeth partially work with the HUD (as decribed in post).
