I tried to look at it about a week ago and although the front page seemed to be there, most of the forum itself seemed to be offline and still is. After some searching, I found some comments somewhere that seemed to indicate Kinggoon, the actual person, hasn't been responding to emails for awhile. I'd link those comments here, but can't locate them again.

While DNS propagation takes a max of 48 hrs, it has long been past that. King has gone dark in the past and taken weeks to go online. Bad gateway most likely means the hosting server doors are closed until fees are paid. Until then, there is an alternative member forum started at another URL.

I think King is sitting again or still in jail that has been going on for two years. If you post something there you have to do that the moderators rate you for every double post or be it just a typing mistake.
