Greetings goons, I stumbled upon this site via youtube and am interested in learning more. I have been an opensim builder for a long time. Currently I am dabbling a lot in blender.

I look forward to making new friends here and learning more about this forum.

Have an excellent day!

Sunny

Thank you! I will be sure to share what I can, when I figure out how to go about it and what seems to be of interest to the other goons. =D

Hmmm Well that depends

We Admins go gaga for mesh items
However the most popular uploading seems to be Skins and hair.
When it comes to skins you can save them as a.skin file but if you want extra points you could save the skin textures and upload them as well, since I'm not 100% sure .skin/.tattoo files work on other grids outside of SL

RE: Greetings - Sunmaiden - 05-17-2015

yah the skins don't seem to work on other grids nor eyes or clothes that are the file extentions that describe them. I tested it. Sadly I don't need much for SL and as far as mesh goes, what do you need? I don't really like making clothes, I am more into medieval scenes and such. I tried to get my skin off of SL and it didn't work. Sadly it was skin I made, but on an alt that is no longer with us. the big ol linden B.
