Rigging with Blender for Fitmesh Bodies

If I wanted to rig an outfit for Maitreya or say Slink Hourglass or Belleza, how would I go about it?  I know I need avastar, but what are the specifics to doing it with these bodies?  Please help!

I'm good now, I had a few friends work it out with me and watched a shitload of blender youtubes and read a bunch of tutorials too... If I have more questions I will ask <3
