Hi thanks for the trick.
In fact i just another way to do it.. after many hours trying to fix this !
First of all, in pose mode i set the current pose to rest pose.
Then i bind my mesh to armature with wieght from avatar mesh (so it doesnt move my pants mesh)
then i apply the modifiers of the mesh pants and i delete all the vertes group on it and it's done. My pants is now on the Tpose, i can bind it again and do the weight paint work .. =)
