@nurrymiller everyone can make a copy, no matter what viewer you using, 
if you using the uuid numbers and they are grey then most of the times its for a bom mesh body,
open them first in your photo program, most of time they are in  tga version open them
save them back in png the best is upload them yourself 
if you search on youtube you will find for sure a tuturial in your own languases
