You can move the body itself, as that's a mesh. However, it would be unrigged entirely as well as completely unscripted. Therefore, for the most part it would become 100% entirely unusable. Not to mention that the mesh itself is in about a hundred pieces.
No you can copy it and it is still rigged when you use xml and meshesSL but when you upload the mesh all info is lost and script ... what you get iw is a mesh that is totaly white .. you still can wear  it and it still is moving with you when you move, you can texture the outer skin of the mesh with a normal skin texture.
But after that it is a crime .... remember a body has 3 or 4 layers and 15 or more segments and each segment has 8 faces..... 15X8=120 X 3 or 4 .... thats a lot of faces to texture without script.
