How do I rip the models? (dumb question, I just wanna contribute)

Ok so I just bought a few items, like A Ruto model, a Midna model, a Meloetta model and a few other things 

I know how to rip the XMLs but how do I rip the models? Or is ripping the xml the same thing sorry if this is stupid qestion XD
