I joined sl in 2008 and the start point for me was Plum. It closed a few years ago as start point so no new people come. I do not like trolls. I hate voice... So I hate most start welcome areas. I hang out at stores now.

Is there any good start place or hangout anyone knows of? And I am in USA, and do not know other languages well.

I am a copybot since 2008 since before Incognito. I lost my sim and main avatar and I just want to know a good general area to be idle at. I do not trust voice because I am afraid of people grabbing IP.

Any ideas?

Hi @Squishy, I understand the feeling I dont like to voice either. Im from USA but I hang at the London sims. They have some nice places to hang out and they barley use voice there. :)

Dey aint no 1 can get yo ip from voice in SL dem days is long gone, but and dis a big but if yu has media on and allow like allowing moovies by acceptin dat url link you open da door to giv yo ip out.. or if you clicks a media url in SL deys can get yo ip.. now da big but is if dat sim you in is crowded dey sees dat ip but dont know who it belong to so you still safe ho ho ho, and den you gots dat hax system that will ask yu can it verify you to enter a contest raffle sploder est est.. den you giving yo ip out fer shor and dey do know den who ip it is.. hope dis help yo all, we nigras has to stands together all da time. ho ho ho
