;) I doubt there is a true answer to that question. It all depends what you want.
Blender is free, evolves all the time and certainly is capable of more that you will be able to do for a very long period.
Professional programs may have an edge when it comes to productivity, but then there are a lot of highly professional people just working with blender.

Yes I agree, but Blender give opportunity to those who cant afford those high end 3D programs. Very expensive. Blender has been around for a long time. Its great it evolves. I hope it continues
