Hello, is there any way to download textures by their UUID without logging in? Or they are protected from that?

when you had seen a texture inWorld with the SL-Viewer, you can log off and look then into the Texture Cache. You need one of those Cache-Tools which can convert the Data into Textures. Good luck.

Hey :) Yes I know I can get them from cache - my question is if I can download them even without having them in cache. Is there some server that allows to download textures by their UUID and so on.

You don't have the source code of it do you? I wonder how it works - i guess it sends some special http request to some LL server
