Hello all i am not that new on forum but i just can't post an thread anywhere else.

I have two questions:

1. Is it possible to remove the uploader name of an object in SL or before uploading into SL?

2. I ripped some hair. I never had such problems but this one is special case
I just can't import .dae into blender. The powershell error logging in blender says this:
Code:
+-- Collada Import parameters------
| input file      : X:\SLCacheViewer\! Mesh Helper 1.7.0.1\output\files to upload\Doe_  Marianna _black & red_ [Busty] - Browns.dae
| use units       : no
| custom normals  : yes
| autoconnect     : no
+-- Armature Import parameters ----
| find bone chains: no
| min chain len   : 0
| fix orientation : no
| keep bind info  : yes
Schema validation (Error): Critical error: ERROR_XML_PARSER_ERROR Additional: EntityRef: expecting ';'

The Collada import has been forced to stop.
Please fix the reported error and then try again.+----------------------------------
| Collada Import : FAIL
+----------------------------------
i've tried some tutorials that removes endtire ""effect id="" from ""library_effects"" section but it doesn't help.

Some thoughts?

Follow this tutorial to learn how to CopyBot items in Second Life and post on the forum <a href="http://goonsquad.co/thread-13228.html">COPYBOT AND POSTING</a>

When downloading Collada/Mesh files you must have, at minimum, a general understanding dealing with mesh items and 3D software like Blender, Avastar, or other programs. Collada/Mesh/DAE files are not beginner-friendly. First, you must have an account in Second Life that will allow you to upload Mesh files, see here -->

Two important tools you will need with mesh is <a href="https://www.blender.org/">BLENDER</a>
and <a href="https://secondlifecopybot.com/thread-26713.html">AVASTAR PLUGIN</a>

** Items that are XML or OXP you can simply upload them into the game via XML import or Linkset import (for .oxp files). (Beginner Friendly) All the textures will upload with the item.

You can host your content on the forum up to 10mb by using the attachment option in your post.

If your content is larger than 10mb use <a href="http://www.mediafire.com">MediaFire</a>  or <a href="https://mega.nz">MEGA.NZ</a> to host your content.

If you are hosting your content on <a href="https://mega.nz">MEGA.NZ</a> please see this tutorial
<a href="http://goonsquad.co/thread-10217.html"> HOSTING ON MEGA.NZ</a> it is important to include the key with the link or other users cant download it.

You can grab the most recent Copybot Viewer here to backup any content in the game here <a href="

Not anymore, you used to be able to back in the day but that doesnt work anymore
2. Ive never seen that before, try using XmlSplitter on your hair first then run it through Mesh helper

It generates several separated layers of the hair in Mesh Helper cache folder.
They can be imported! It helped! Thank you!
