having problem with viewers

i've been having this problem where my viewers freeze and crash but it won't let me close them and i have to open a whole new one while the crashed viewer sits in the background, and it doesn't just happen with darkstorm, i've had the same problem with shoopedstorm, shoopedlife and almost every other viewer. it can happen 5-6 times a day for me. below is an example pic. does anyone know why this may be happening and am i the only one it's happening to?
